These terms apply to ZogMath at www.zogmath.com and any optional support payment offered through the site.
Operator and service
ZogMath is operated by 陈根 (CHEN GEN), an individual based in China. Contact: [email protected].
ZogMath offers browser math games and learning resources. Games remain free without a payment or account. Optional Google sign-in can save play records. A support payment does not create an account or unlock content.
Use and eligibility
Children may use free games with appropriate adult supervision. Anyone making a support payment must be at least 18 or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not interfere with the site, misuse it, or infringe the rights of others.
Optional support and billing
When available, one-time support costs US$1.99 per purchase. Monthly support costs US$1.99 per month and renews until canceled. The hosted checkout shows the final amount, applicable tax, and billing frequency before payment.
Confirming a monthly checkout authorizes recurring monthly charges until cancellation. Waffo Pancake handles payment. ZogMath does not receive full card numbers. Support is voluntary and provides no extra games, digital goods, or account privileges.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel future monthly renewals at any time through the Waffo customer portal linked in your receipt, or email [email protected] with your transaction details. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current paid period. Free games remain available.
Request a full refund within 14 days of each support charge by emailing [email protected] with the receipt or transaction ID. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. Waffo returns refunds to the original payment method.
Content and availability
ZogMath owns or licenses its games and site content. You may use them for personal or classroom learning, but may not copy or resell the service without permission. We may correct content or change features. The site is provided as available; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular learning outcome. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
Breach and termination
If you materially violate these terms, we may limit or suspend your optional account or access, remove abusive activity, or terminate access after notice where practical. We may seek remedies allowed by law for resulting harm. Cancellation and refund requests remain subject to the rules above and mandatory law.
Privacy, disputes, and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. For billing or service disputes, first email [email protected] so we can investigate. Chinese law governs these terms without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Material changes will, where practical, be announced on the site at least 14 days before taking effect. We will update the effective date and version above.
