Report a game or answer error
Include the page URL, selected mode or difficulty, the question you saw, and what you expected to happen. Add your browser name and device type if the problem affects loading or controls. A screenshot can help, but please remove names and other personal details first.
For a disputed answer, include the full expression or diagram and your reasoning. We can then reproduce the same rule or calculation and correct the affected content.
Classroom use and privacy requests
Parents and teachers can ask about game rules, grade suitability, accessibility, or classroom use. These resources support practice and do not replace a teacher or a diagnostic assessment.
For an account access or deletion request, contact us from the relevant account email where possible. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or a child’s full name in a game-error report. Our Privacy Policy explains the data we handle and how verified requests are processed.
Optional support payments
For a support payment question, include the receipt or transaction ID and the date of the charge. Do not email a full card number or security code. Cancellation and refund instructions are on the support page and in the Terms of Service.
